Although Hringr is their main dwelling place, waywicks are capable of travelling to the other 9 worlds found on Yggdrasil. Travelling is done through a path through the spirit world, called Aether, which is represented bast as the trunk of Yggdrasil. Entering Aether is accomplished by passing through ring-like doorways, most often found in nature. Aether itself most often resembles a eerie forest shrouded in mist, and it is very expansive. If someone enters Aether without knowledge of it or without some sort of guide, it is very likely they will become lost.  While in any of the 9 worlds, Aether may resemble that world almost perfectly, as if one was on a different plane of existence.
